- Our flat-rate shipping and handling fees apply regardless of order size or weight.
- If there is any shipping issue with your package , you must contact Customer Support within 30 days after your order was placed.
The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the manufacturer for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. The manufacturer and Post process the orders, which takes an additional 2–4 days.
- Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse to the destination. International delivery usually takes about 5–10 business days. All orders are shipped by DHL, which is an International Postal Service product. After processing and dispatch from the warehouse, the goods usually arrive at their destination from 7 to 14 days, in the case of ordering the goods to the door of the door from 8 to 16 days, but from time to time it may take longer.

The courier service is out of our control. However, in cases like this, because the packages are insured, we will send you a new package and full tracking, if possible. WILL I BE CHARGED FOR CUSTOMS AND TAXES?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in USD, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives to its final destination, which are determined by your local customs office. Payment of these charges and taxes are your responsibility and will not be covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country. WHY MY SHIPPING INFORMATION IS NOT UPDATED?
When your package is in transit, there is no further updated information until it has reached the next sort facility. It may take a couple of days to see any activity online.
